Sorry to hear that, happened twice to me already so I know how you feel.
On the plus side, while games age more quickly then movies do, they don't age that quickly. What I mean is the game will still be just as fun a few weeks from now. You'll still get to play it through you heart's content and enjoy it just as much. Think of it as a belated present rather than the lack thereof.
The hardest part will be to learn to ignore people gloating about playing it. The truth is that there are so many games nowadays, that most of them I don't get to play when they are released anyway; it's something you can get used to.

Sorry to hear man, I got it with Assassins Creed. The messed up thing was I saw the RROD and quickly shut it off, it worked fine for like 2 months after but then came on again but that was it for my premium, there was no coming back for my premium.
While I play the game I'll see if I can buy some beer and pour some out fo tha 360's that ain't here....

This just happened to my mate's 360. Lucky for him he had a replacement plan at Best Buy so he got a new one the next day. Honestly, I thought with the new chips this was supposed to be over with. Sorry to hear that you were a victim as well...on the bright side Microsoft has got to be getting better at getting these back to people.

Come down to my place Rik I got two of them running nicely (don't give me the eye), one a revised premium that MS sent me after my first RROD (20 months) and my new Arcade I got for free. Bring your copy of GTA4 and we can play on Live. My arcade now plays any region btw so even the uncensored works in that one :evil smile:

It does not restart. The new one will have 3 months or until the original runs out. In your case 6 months or so. You could ebay it when it comes back and go buy a retail one to get more warranty.
