State of Play returns tomorrow, with a focus on upcoming indie and third-party releases

Hello everyone, I’m Shawne Benson, part of the Global Third Party Relations team here at PlayStation. And I’m excited to announce a new State of Play broadcast streaming tomorrow, September 14 at 2pm Pacific.
Tomorrow’s broadcast will focus on updates to previously announced games coming to PlayStation consoles. From indie and PS VR2 highlights, to major upcoming titles from our third-party partners, our latest show has something for everyone!
Here at PlayStation, our vision is to be the best place to play, and publish, great games. And because there are thousands of developers and publishers all around the world constantly making great games, our team has their work cut out for them.

I'm not expecting a lot. If it's good as last year's one that was pre-TGS I would be surprised. I wish Sony would communicate on the status on lack of classic games and the state of the PS2 emulator.

I definitely won't watch it "live", that's for sure. First of all, it starts at 11pm my time and on top of that it sounds like it will be an ok State of Play at best. I'll probably watch it tomorrow though. Hopefully there's something interesting in there.

There were a couple of things that interested me besides Spider Man. FF7 Rebirth looks great! Well as being able to play Honkai Star Rail on PS soon.

I've watched it now and for the short length it was I guess it was ok (but nothing more). I'm of course excited about Spider-Man 2, but also about the expansions (Beyond the Dawn) for Tales of Arise. Other than that there wasn't really anything I personally is interested in. And yeah, the new colors of plates and controllers is always welcome, even if I wish they would've chosen completely different colors from the already existing ones instead of similar ones.

Libra you should pick up the other Tales games if they're on sale. The gameplay takes a little longer to get going but are better games I think.

Out of the Tales with extra content Vesperia and Graces f were the best in that regard.
