Looks like my local Walmart has broken the street date and is sailing the 3g and wifi Vita's as of today. If I did not all ready have one I would have got one. For any one in Colorado its the Walmart off of Hamden. They had about 5 of them out.

Walmart is good at not communicating that stuff. I've been denied Little Big Planet, Fable II, and the God of War collection because release dates aren't realized until they attempt selling them.

Honestly, I do it when I see this situation to make then look foolish. :)

Target does the same thing with it may be on shelf but register will not allow you to sell it. Most Walmarts/Targets just have employees who know nothing about gaming/can not read the big red "street date xyz" on the side of a box. I can't recall when I worked electronics in Target how many times I would come in to see a game out that was not suppose to be there.
its been out in stores here since friday, well the 3G model has been
There are some stores like Nebraska Furniture Mart that has many of the First Edition Bundles for sale. Since the street day for those was last week, the stores are able to sell those bundles. I think NFM had like 10 of these bundles on the shelf.

If you see something at Wal-Mart and the sales clerk says he can't sell it yet, take your polite complaint to the manager. Make a big deal out of them displaying wares that aren't for sale. Most of the time you will be able to buy it.

The problem isn't that they won't sell it to you. The issue is that the computers will NOT allow them to ring it up. Being an asshole about it won't change that fact.

I'm up doing laundry then heading out to pick it up and goof around with it. Gonna download monster hunter and ys for it.

And I am one of three people here.
