I don't see how Seth is any more cheap than... ANY other boss character. Pretty much any KOF boss makes him a cake walk. If anything Seth could run for the easiest boss ever since you can see all his moves coming from a mile away. Any more notice than that and you'd need to mark your calendar for each attack that's coming.
