Stupid Ethernet Card

My ethernet card got burnt in a power surge and I've been internet-less for the past week or so. :evil: And the worst part is I have a surge protector! Looks like it doesn't matter if I had one or not.

I'm typing now courtesy of my school. I just bought a PCI card but it doesn't fit into the slot!

Ahh....sometimes it feels good to vent.
