Beer Bread:

Ingredients:

* 3 cups flour (sifted)
* 3 teaspoons baking powder (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
* 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using Self-Rising Flour)
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 (12 ounce) can beer
* 1/2 cup melted butter (1/4 cup will do just fine)

Directions:

1. 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. 2 Mix dry ingredients and beer.
3. 3 Pour into a greased loaf pan.
4. 4 Pour melted butter over mixture.
5. 5 Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.

What does Beer bread taste like? I can't drink Beer (Muslim).

Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons instant mashed potatoes
big pinch of cayenne
1 cup cold club soda
2-3 cups Panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs), or as needed
fine salt to taste
vegetable oil for frying
2-3 yellow onions, cut into 1/4-inch rings

This takes about 10 minutes to make if that.

Omelette & pot noodle


Boil kettle
make pan hot
fill pot noodle with boiled water and leave to stand
make omelette put in any stuff you like, meats, cheeses, whatever.
put omelette on plate then pour the pot onto omelette and fold over

Bingo.
