What if Microsoft announces another price drop at E3? Do you think Sony will HAVE to make some sort of price move? I think most of us think sony needs to do a price drop soon anyway, and we know Sony doesn't want to just yet, but if Microsoft does another drop do you think Sony will be pretty much forced to?

Just thought of this, not really sure why but oh well. I'm hoping for a price drop so I can buy a second system, and so my wife maybe won't kill me, just give me a bad beating instead. lol.

And I see Microsoft just announced they are moving up the start time of their conference today by 5 min due to "additional content"

Sunday, May 31: Well, E3 hasn't yet started but we do have our first update. Microsoft sent out an e-mail today noting that the press conference will start five minutes early, "due to a very special addition to our Media Briefing."

hope they didn't just complete a last min deal stealing something as exclusive again. :evil:

They probably are doing something MS like, stealing something.
If they have another price cut something is wrong,
obviously they themselves don't think that the 360 is worth much?
It would be cool if Sony had a small price drop, maybe $50-100.
I wouldn't expect anything more, the PS3 is worth every penny.

I agree the PS3 is an exceptional value, most of us on here agree on that. But the problem is most of on here are hard core gamers, obviously cause we're on here lol But the Casual gamer and not so hard core may be getting turned off by the price and I think that stinks.

I agree with everything your saying. Most casual gamers dont know that they arent just investing in a gaming console but in a multimedia console that supports everything from music, pictures, movies, internet, everything really!
