In a recent interview with Wired, senior director of the PlayStation Network, Susan Panico, stated that PlayStation Home is still on track to release sometime this year, although it will likely still be in beta.
Panico said that the "rollout will be similar to Gmail," explaining that Home will be an "open, working beta."
Now exactly how do we take this? Perhaps it’s good to hear that Home will be available to all users, however if it’s still in beta by the end of 2008, does this mean that certain promised features won’t be available?
