It took just thirteen seconds and a single resounding counter left-hook to make charismatic Irish fighter Conor McGregor the UFC Featherweight champion of the world at UFC 194 in Las Vegas this past weekend.
In addition to receiving a new shiny belt and Scrooge McDuck levels of money, McGregor's earth-shattering win (his opponent, the former champion Jose Aldo was riding an 18-fight winning streak and had never been knocked out in his career) has also catapulted the brash brawler onto the cover of next year's EA Sports UFC 2.
You see, EA had been running a “Fight for the Cover” campaign which stipulated that whomever won the real-life scrap between the two fighters at UFC 194, would grace the cover of EA UFC 2 alongside former women's bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey.
EA Sports UFC 2 is set to arrive on PlayStation 4 sometime in early 2016 and if you can't wait that long, you can check out our review of the first EA UFC title which released back in 2014.
Without further ado then, you can see the final cover of the game below.
