- Ensure that the three digit security code on your card is correct.
- Make sure that the expiration date on your card is both accurate and has not been exceeded.
- If you’re accessing Disney Plus from a territory, your card has to match. For example, a US Disney Plus subscription requires a US issued card.
- Government issued cards cannot be used as a subscriber payment.
