[UPDATE] Uncharted 2: Among Thieves VGA 2008 trailer

The Spike TV Video Game Awards has given gamers the two most anticipated trailers of the entire show almost immediately. First, with God of War III, we saw Kratos destroy everything in his path. Now, we get a glimpse into the troubled times of Nathan Drake. Alone, sitting in a falling train car, Drake is bleeding, badly. This trailer is epic.

What a great series this has turned out to be! Uncharted 2 > GOW3? Honestly, even though I'm sure GOW3 will be a great entry into the GOW series, it's still just a beautiful beat-em-up with timed button-pressing minigames. I'm not really taken by the story enough to wanna do all that again. I mean, the story is no Metal Gear, I'll tell ya that. Heck, I think Uncharted has a better chance of telling a good story at this point.

@odium..wait wait..are you saying that GOW doesn't have a story line??? true it ain't no metal gear but then again the story is just as good as the gameplay..which is by far....badazz...*kratos jumps down from a griffin to punch your lights out* lol

Pfft they didn't show anything.. They showed a cut scene, c'mon I'm excited but when they said in game fotage tell me you weren't expecting just a little more than that.

well...at least we know its commin....we never know...remember the getaway??there was a big hype about the game..and wat happened??cancelled...so stop askin for gameplay footage and b happy with wat they gave us and let them work..!!!

You should know that the HD trailer you have for download here is corrupted and won't play on the PS3. When played on the pc in either media player or vlc the sound drops out about half way through, and a few artifacting corruptions can be seen. Can PSU please upload the working version?? (The gametrailers.com versions are of lower quality)
