2K: BioShock 2 "destined" for PS3, 360 & PC

2K Games has officially announced that upcoming sequel BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams will be gracing PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 platforms when the game hits shops in late 2009.

Speaking with Gamespot, a company representative stated, “BioShock 2 is destined for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC platforms.”

BioShock 2 was first glanced at in trailer form as part of a hidden feature on the PS3 version of the original aquatic shooter. However, It is currently unknown whether or not the game will be released on all three platforms simultaneously.

    You would certainly hope so, considering the game made it's official debut on the PS3 version of BioShock, lol.

    Of course it will be on ps3, it always was for the ps3..but microsoft bought the exclusive, and they might do it again for this one

    Microsofts pockets are too deep for the gaming industry.  IMO, Microsoft is tryin to bury its competition, while Sony is encouraging competition.  Im gonna laugh when MS slips on a big one and loses lots of money.

    I don't think I trust them to work on the PS3 anymore. Especially after that lame-a55ed excuse for the blurry/soft/bloom resolution problem.

    NO fun for me. Personily, I didnt really think the first one was as good as I taught it was going to be, and for me, this is just gonna be the same.

    I just got BIOSHOCK for my PS3!!! woohoo  I played some on my lunch break and it was good, I dig the music and everything else.... side note: cant wait for more half-life

    Guess I don't get all the hype around this game, seems like a typical overrated gimmicky 360 shooter. The story is quite good I'll say, but not good enough for me to plod through

    BiOSHOCK is a SICK game. can't wait for part 2. also can't wait for RESISTANCE2. So many great games coming to the PS3.
