This rumor is beginning to be like the old MGS4 rumor...

This story is a crock of carp if you get my drift. Its not even a story really. What rumour? He's just making it up now, what has made anyone think that 2K's statement of "BioShock is an Xbox360 exclusive and won't be arriving on the PS3" has changed? Its just wishful thinking. Isn't Sarad Jackson the bloke who wrote the article about Mass Effect as well even though Microsoft have paid a huge wedge of cash for the game to be exclusive? Just get a 360 mate and cheer up!!!

not interested in bioshock....then again i'm never interested in any of the games in 360, i'm not a sony fanboy...it's just the way my preferences are

Buy it on PC - you dont need to have a Xbox 360. The other thing is - even if this story was true, by the time it gets released you could buy Bioshock on the PC for half the cost.

This rumor again? Honestly the PS3 would do better without so many ports. I talked to a PC gamer who assumed all console games were ported to a PC and I kindly informed about the amount of nintendo and playstations  library that does "NOT" appear on the PC.

The game is great though but if FPS's aren't your thing then you won't be missing much. it has eye candy and lots of it though.

Yeah It was Sarad who wrote that article,but at least that seemed like a bit more real than this.After reading this it sounds like he's just blowing smoke.

Im Totally agree with The Cleaner. I have the PC version and runs great, Its the Unreal Engine and the game is in interiors all time so you dont need an high end machine to play it smoothly.

So IF it does come onto PS3, it would almost be like eating a delicious one year old cheese! (with moulds and all!) That's how long it'll take, and that's without online features as well. Kinda like Oblivion and the updates (GOTY+). 

I'd get this game for my PC, Ive been wanting it, Im not saying I dislike 360.... I think it'd be awesome if Bioshock comes to PS3.

I could care less, for some reason i dont like the fact that games which will be out for a year or more on other systems comes out on PS3. I like games when they come out new to get the full experience, not games that have been out for a year+ and still will cost me $64. Could careless, keep it 360 and pc, doesnt bother me a bit.

Man id love to see this game on the PS3. There are like 4 exclusive 360 games I want: BioShock, Dead Rising, Condemned and Saints Row.

There's the difference between PS3 owners and 36* fanbots, The rumor resurfaces and we dont care, while they hear a rumor and have orgasms at the thought of getting a game that they as a community wont even play regardless of how unlikely it is.

I own this game for the xbox 360 and i must say its a good game if your in to FPS and with powers i myself are but as for the story and all i mean its good but not the best and i would say myself it should have got a 8.5 not any higher then that the game is good and the story is good but not like wow that is so cool! no i still would say people tho to buy it but just don't over react like halo 3 its good but not the best in the world i own that aswell and the best thing i like about it is the online play nothing more.

as some one who is and always will be a games fan and not a fan of any one manufacturer i can honestly say that this site has some of the worse fanboys i have ever come across!  to say that you don't care that a great game may be coming to your console just because its on what you class as a rival console makes you a fanboy!

Sony has alto fo exlcuives so im not to worried if we dont get this, it would be nice but not tragic if we dont . Also i would nvr trade mgs4 for bioshock. Never.

I dont think its that this was an xbox360/pc game first that gets us sony fans mad. Its the fact that possibly after years of it being out allready, that it finally gets ported to the ps3 and by that time, no one really cares about it. Thats all im saying.

I don't understand why Microsoft would care if it stay's exclusive now,I mean haven't all the XBOX360 owners that have wanted to play it done so already.It seems to me instead of paying to keep this exclusive,use that money for the next big thing(game)

Got it played it in DX9 and DX10 on pc good game, but wont get it for ps3.

FPS is the only kind of game that the XBox has. That's why I love the PS family. a lot of original and diffrent games. Is there any game on the XBox that remotely resembles Shadow of the Colossus? I'm not a big fan of FPS (owned a PS2 for 7 years and only palyed one, and that eas kilzones), but if this was to be true, I would welcomed it. Any good game is welcomed at the PS3.

Meh, Bioshock was a brilliant game in it's own right and the story was excellently written with a plot twist that even i didn't see coming (and I'm fairly intuitive).  However, that being said...there are many gamers who will have played it on teh 360 and not bother with the PS3 version, everyone else will either think "woo another cast off" or will already know the story (which is the entire point in the game) and won't want to play through.  If you can't release a game multiplatform at the launch then don't bother...Personally i'm fed up with Microsoft cast offs on my PS3...i'll stick to Exclusives with the odd multiplatform that has better PS3 features for my console for now.

who gives a crap about a port or a game that's available on PC already? Give us original IP, not rehash or has-beens.

Rather wait for the official word to put it to rest.

Granted a polished version of this would be great on the PS3.  But this is a rumor, and is not likely to happen.  Like the first post says, it's a lot like the MGS4 rumor.

I hope it comes to ps3 man if it true im buying it think about it goign to be better then the 360 version the graphics and phiphics so watch out 360 u going to lose all of your exclusives like lost planet which is in prgress right now for ps3 and halo might might go to ps3 not sure yet but i doubt it will though so if u got a ps3 and getting cod4 i dont have it yet but if yopur getting it add soul_reaper25 or r6v

How is Microsoft making n e money when they keep giving it back to hold on to exclusive rights, and supporting with the 3 year warranty. Ok so what was this guy basing the rumor on???? Nothing? Anything? This is the worst bit of journalism I have ever seen. Just writing something and poating it on the net does not make it news. This had no support, no facts, nothing. Nobody cares about Bioshock on PS3 anyways, by the time it came out, it would be obsolete and outshined by newer games.
