Capcom has dampened spirits this morning with news that Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will not be released on PlayStation Network in Europe this week.
Speaking to Eurogamer, a company spokesperson stated, “it's definitely not this week.” The game arrives in North America today on PSN, followed by a worldwide release on Xbox LIVE Arcade tomorrow.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix gives the classic 2D brawler a flashy new coat of paint in the form of 1080p high definition visuals, along with a remixed soundtrack and online multiplayer functionality.
Hopefully a European release will be forthcoming in the not too distant future. Stay tuned.

Today on north american PSN. I know I have seen titles come out before thursday. Where are all the people who swear the PSN doesn't get updated at anyother time at?
And to those complaining, this time the blame falls squarely on sony and SCEE. Very few items can be released worldwide on the Sony systems becuase of the different QA processes that sony has for the different regions. Apparently MS only has one for all regions.
Its great to be up in defense but at least know when, where and whom to assign blame.

only thing is you need a credit or debit card registered in america to buy stuff. i got a qore subscription by paying £40 for a $50 u.s account from ebay, only got $1.09 left after i got a few ps1 titles for my psp and i don't think i should bother getting more credit in the u.s account cos hopefully this will be in europe soon
