why even report this type of info we already know FFXIII coming out on xbot if it come out in japan or not who cares now. any new report  about FF XIII should be reporting that it have a relase date

Really looking forward to this game. I wonder if it'll have an optional install or not, and how much space would it take up, hopefully we'll find out soon. It would totally rock if it had Trophies and Home support, then the PS3 version will definitley hands down be the superior version

Seeing how the Xbox 360 is embarrassingly last for the Japan 7th Generation. I think it's time for Microsoft to give up on Japan if they can't announce an new exclusive game instead of showing millions to a dev they're doomed.

How many gamers in Japan even use a 360? I don't think square will lose much at all because of this. Everyone in Japan would just buy it for PS3 anyway. :)

I also hope FF XIII has Home support and everything. Either way I bet PS3 FF XIII outsells the 360 version by 2-1 and thats if their lucky. Only people who will buy it is people who have only a 360. Everyone who has both or just a PS3 will buy the PS3 version.

Microsoft thought this would hurt lol thats funny. I hope 300 million was worth getting it on your system and a extra 100 million to make sure its released at the same time. I bet they paid somewhere around 400 million to make this happen.

Even better we get to keep Japan which is Sony's Strong hold. FF XIII doesn't make me sad at all going to 360. Now I know where Square - Enix loyalyties are.

To everyone that thinks that it's not going to sell well on the 360....have you forgotten a little game released some time ago call Grand Theft Auto IV?  The problem seems to be that everyone underestimates Microsoft and how far they will go to make sure a game is the best seller on their system.  For SquareEnix fans, I'd be worried.  If this game does sell well on the 360 who's to say that Kingdom Hearts 3 won't be on the 360 as well?  We've already lost Star Ocean.  Let's just cross our fingers and pray because that will be the only thing that saves us.

Firstly this is not worth the news, IT WAS ALREADY STATED!

I would rather be worried Versus Staying an Exclusive (I DOUBT IT AS THE SAME WAS WITH FF13 in the begining, unless microsoft throws more money).

Now whoever needs it in japan for 360 will import it that is not a problem.

Better no be 360 version at all then it will make the news

@21 exactly my thoughts,this is going to sell amazing on the 360,they got higher install base .i thought the whole point was to compete against the 360, not put to put more money in microsft coffers.what ever billy boy payed to get ff13 they will come close to making it all bk.oh and sony need to sack who ever is in charge of business,they should of payed to have ff13 exclusive in america not japan where the 360 will never catch up.durrrr
