Square-Enix’s mega brawler Dissidia: Final Fantasy has sold a whopping 350,000 units at Japanese retail on its first day of release, reports website Sinobi.
According to the report, roughly 40,000 of the sales were attributed to the 20th Anniversary Limited Pack, which throws in a special limited edition PSP-3000 console along with a copy of the game.
Ultimately, Dissidia’s launch sales pretty much equal that of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII’s, though neither managed to trump Capcom’s ultimate money printer, Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G, which shifted a massive 670,000 earlier this year.
Dissidia: Final Fantasy set for release in North America some time in 2009.

Not bad, but we as uaual suck balls with SE.
Before they said we understand how sad fans are that we dont release games same time at different territories.
And Now same sh.t happens.!
Square is it that difficult to do voice over same time for both versions?
