Eidos confirms Tomb Raider: Underworld release date

Eidos has announced that Tomb Raider: Underworld will be released in North America on November 18, 2008, with a UK release following shortly afterwards on November 21.

This latest instalment in the Tomb Raider franchise sees heroine Lara Croft investigating ruins in Chiapas, Southern Mexico, where she inadvertently stumbles across a portal leading to the underworld, Xiabalba.

Underworld has been built specifically with the latest generation of console in mind, making full use of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360’s visual capabilities and introducing a plethora of new maneuvers  for players to discover.

    Going to see the review on this one first, not a huge fan of these games however it does look interesting.
