Eternal Sonata out on PS3 in October

According to a Namco Bandai newsletter, the beautifully animated RPG title Eternal Sonata will be coming to the PlayStation 3 on October 21.
For those of you who have played the game on the Xbox 360, there are several reasons why Eternal Sonata may be worth taking another look at on the PS3. For example, the PS3 version will include new characters (Crescendo and Seranade), extra cutscenes, new costumes, additional quests, and new music.
Keep an eye out for Eternal Sonata when it ships later next month.

No, you nutjob. you're supposed to buy it so that when developers see that a half million more of them were sold on the PS3 than the 36* they'll realize their mistake. Because no one owning a 36* cares about turn based RPGs when they have to justify the 50 bucks a year just to play online by constantly playing FPS and sports games. This is what we've been demanding, equal treatment for our system, to boycott sends the wrong freaking message.

This RPG is turn based, but the combat is real time like Tales/Star Ocean.
I had it on 360, but sold it to buy on PS3.
If you are a PS3 fan wanting JRPGs, buy the game. If you don't buy it, Namco may never bother bringing Tales to PS3 and may say forget bringing ANY exclusive RPG to PS3.

Played the game on xbox 360, the main drawback of the 360version in the end they all ended up dreaming. THe ps3 version is supposed to have a better ending though so you might wanna pick this up

@33 you sir are a tool. There WAS a day where I would pay $60 for Bioshock, but that day is long gone. With Resistance2, FarCry2, and Fallout3 all coming out the next 2months Bioshock isnt worth it. It was a great game on my first few playthroughs OVER A YEAR AGO. But I won't be purchasing it again because of a few extras sprinkled on top. So again sir, you're a tool ..... and an idiot. On topic: I might purchase ES if its at a discounted price. (I got rent to pay lol)

Ugh. What's with Devs all delivering games on the same time frame? I was really looking forward to getting this and now it falls in teh short few weeks that Resistance 2, Fallout 3, Little Big Planet, MotorStorm Pacific Rift and Mirror's Edge all get released on!!!!
