Fallout 3 PS3 DLC nearing completion

Bethesda’s Pete Hines has revealed that the firm is currently sprinkling the finishing touches on Fallout 3’s Operation: Anchorage DLC for the PlayStation 3, though a solid release date has yet to be decided.
According to Hines, the content - which hit PC and 360 earlier this year - requires a fair amount work in order to get it up and running on Sony’s black box: “Yes, quite a bit actually," he told Eurogamer. "It's a different platform with a different way of doing things and it requires special attention and plenty of testing before it's released."
"We are trying to put the finishing touches on it now, but as I said above it's a different task than DLC on another platform, and so there are things we have to finish doing and testing before it's done on PS3."
Elsewhere, Hines confirmed that the final batch of DLC - Mothership Zeta - will be with us in late July.
"Haven't set a final date yet," explained Hines, "[but] should have one before too long."
"What's in store? Alien abduction done really, really well. What more do you need to know?"
Stay tuned.

Thank you Bethesda! Regardless of how short Operation Anchorage is, it'll be worth it!

I'm waiting for Broken Steel (for the increased level cap) then I'll think about getting the others.

Yes, because they so obviously did exhaustive testing on the 360 and PC versions to ensure they were totally bug-free before release, didn't they?

How is this DLC going to run? The game freezes up every other minute once you have completed the side quests and go to finish the main story line.
Did they release a patch to fix this?
I sure hope the GOTY edition is free of this annoying issue. Won't hold my breath though.

Only reason this one is inferior and not superior is that it was pretty much a port. If developers wanted to spend the extra time/money to make games far superior on PS3 they could.

im glad the DLC's are coming to the PS3, but i cant help but think that there will be a lot more delays! operation anchorge is very short and only small i think theres guna be even longer delays with the bigger DLC's like The Pitt and Point Lookout.

So, we're getting 5 DLCs soon - Operation: Anchorage; Broken Steel; The Pitt; Point Lookout; and Mothership Zeta, if I'm not mistaken - that's a whopper, especially if they come with Trophy support, which I believe is safe to assume at least 5 Trophies per DLC... so 25 Trophies, totalling nearly 75 for the whole game. Wow!
Assuming they'll cost approximately £5 each, that's £25 for every DLC... That's almost the cost of the full game - you can get it for £25-30 now! So if Bethesda decide to price them that high, I may have to pass this opportunity for now and wait for a price drop, but if they intelligently price them (approximately £3 sounds a safe estimate), or offer bundles where the average price of each DLC is lowered by purchsing them together, in bulk, as one download (£10 for all 5, reducing the price to £2 per DLC), I shall definitely consider buying these. £10-15 for such large expansions to this game will be great, especially with the possibilty of an additional 25 Trophies for my collection!
Keep the updates coming Bethesda, I'm sure once you announce prices and release dates, people like myself shall make educated decisions on whether your DLCs are worth our money or not!
