Final build footage of Killzone 2

Next month will mark a turning point for the PlayStation 3 with the release of Killzone 2. To further increase the anticipation for the launch of Killzone 2, we have three new gameplay videos for you, which showcase the final build of the game.
These videos are courtesy of IGN and have been broken into three parts. The first video should look familiar, as it's the same introduction sequence we've seen a hundred times. However, be sure to spot the subtle differences in the character models and lighting compared to previous builds of the game. The last two videos are simple gameplay trailers, showing off what gamers can expect to see when popping the disc in for the first time late next month.

Now that is what I call next gen, that was amazing, I cant believe how much this game as improved from the last time I saw it, the visuals are truly out of this world, my jaw hit the floor when I see if get of the ship in the 1st video and see everything going on. Amazing, truly amazing.

Looks good, but the only thing that bothers me is the voice acting. Does any one else feel that some of the voices sound a little bit...forced?

@9, gob of food? First of all those masks on the Helghan troops arent voice enhancers, they are some sort of gas mask. Is not easy to speak through one. And the good guys...well thats just how military personnel talk. The voice acting is spot on.

I find it funny that the people they use to make these videos really suck at the games. lol
Anyway, I was in the beta and loved it, I just pre-ordered my copy and cannot wait!!!!

ever PS3 owner should buy this game i'm shock that Sony haven't made a bundle for this game.
i have a feeling Sony marketing going to scrwee this game up and its going to end up like LBP.. Sony going to think this game going to sale its self because of the name alone. they got the world watching on Superbowel Sunday it would be a smart move to throw a Killzone 2 comercail during the game

Amazing just AMAZING!!
Oh! And ppl complaining about the voice acting,what would you sound like if you were a big bulky ripped soldier on an alien planet entering yet another alien planet on completely open drop ships?

KillZone2 looks utterly superb, but the person playing it is a total numpty - possibly a girl!! Some of the comments here are stating that this really is true next-gen, whilst this game does look superb - I want to see more environment destriction. It still looks a bit lame when a grenade goes off next to the sand bags and they don't even budge. Still some of the best console graphics going though.
And yes this isn't final build footage. -

@21 your an idot. Stop complaining about that. If you really want realism then go and join the army. What more can you ask for. There are places where you must draw the line. U cant get too technical because then it just doesnt work. The only place your gonna get what your asking for is on some sort of crappy granade simulator game.
The games looks utterly amazing. Its going to be amazing, am sure. Pre order for sure.
