haha very nice, although the track named The H e l l i o n (wow PSU has that banned?!) is only a 1 minute intro that merges to Electric Eye. how is that going to work?

Nice. I sent them an email a while back requesting full length albums and or discographies, but I was expecting a good band. Foo Fighters, Beck, Incubus, Weezer, NIN, RHCP, STP, Queens of the Stonage, Nirvana...You know. Decent bands. Fingers crossed something good will come soon.

Well hopefully The Hel*ion (stupid word filter) and Electric Eye are rolled into one as the former is just an intro (about :45) to the latter.

I'm not complaining about Judas Priest but what happened to Who's Next.

"Metal Gods"?  Bring the Prince of Darkness Ozzy and we'll see who the metal gods are.  I could make a list of metal bands I find better than Judas Priest, but it would take forever to type thousands of band names out.

I'm not complaining though, because I want to see more metal in these games.

I for one am stoked about this announcement, and it's only a week away?!  Harmonix really has it together with the DLC and is absolutely crushing their old franchise with quality content imo.  The original game was definately a lot easier on the main setlist, but the DLC is just insane...the thrash pack is just ridiculous and I can imagine this Judas Priest CD being pure crazy blistering fun on all instruments.  Not to mention Priest are truly the godfathers of metal and couldn't be a better fit for this game.  I like how all the bands everyone lists (in their opinions, which I can respect) as "better" than Priest when NONE of those bands would exists without Priest's influence...Musical taste is a funny thing though, and regardless if everyone else likes them, I'll still be rocking this pack all over the place and that's all that matters, right?  :)  Hopefully when these CDs start kicking off in full force we'll get some Dream Theater, Opeth, Motley Crue, AC/DC, etc. as well.

@ Razerblaze: Even if you don't believe Black Sabbath was the forerunner of metal, you have to at least acknowledge their major sphere of influence.
