Forgive the video quality, as this is a shaky cam version of what is expected to be a trailer for Fight Night Round 4 that will release to the public later this year.
In the video, EA Sports dives into detail on how they were able to bring more intensity and realism to Fight Night, providing a dynamic physics system that allows punches to hit and miss realistically. They also compare the Fight Night Round 3 and Fight Night Round 4 game engines, showing both graphical and gameplay differences.

I'm all over it!!
I thought Fight Night Round 3 was a ton of fun, which means it got the most important part of being a game right!!! However, changing the gameplay to be more like "real-life" could make it seem less like real life. The "up close and personal" approach seems like a good idea, but making it happen is FAR different. I will probably get this just for the 2-player, but I'm a little worried because lastly, this game was given to a different studio than Round 3.
cool FNR 3 was sweet and this one loks better
In the comparisons it looked like it retains the Fight Night feel but with great looking upgrades.

There is alot of difference since the last Fight Nght Round 3, enoyed the vid.
i play fnr3 a LOT!!! man i hope they sort out the flash punches,ppl can do them off crosses.i also hope they dumb down the "judge jab" that is equally annoying,its way too strong.despite my gripes fnr3 is the most played game for me since the ps2...even more then football.its going to be a good time to own a ps3 soon with WIPEOUT HD.GRAN TURISMO 5.FIGHT NIGHT ROUND 4.PRO EVO 2009.HEAVY RAIN.RESI 5.PLUS ALL THEM FUNKY PSN GAMES.

Round 3 looks better graphically wise for sure.
Round 4 looks like a ps2 game.
I wuz amazzed by the graphics of round 3, and still is the best lookin game out so far.

They need to make the graphics the same again. O even better.
I like FNR3, but FNR2 will always be my favorite....the Haymakers in that were crazy. You couldn't tell me that wasn't the sweetest feeling giving someone like three extra haymakers on their way down to the mat......
must buy as soon as possible
