Flower coming Feb 12th, new trailer released

Sony has announced that Flower is to be released on the U.S. PlayStation Network on February 12, with a European release following a week later.
“Flower is a tough game to describe. We like to think of it as a video game version of a poem; an exploration into the tension between urban bustle and natural serenity. Players accumulate flower petals as the onscreen world swings between the pastoral and the chaotic,” said Kellee Santiago, president and co-founder of developer thatgamecompany.

I think TGC are going through the four basic elements, fl0w = Water, fl0wer = Air, I'm not sure what they'll do with Earth and Fire, @Dragonlord, it's not lame at all, it's called originality, which is sadly lacking in the larger scale projects.

definitely gonna buy this when it comes out. I can't wait to give it a try. I love the variety of amazing PSN games out there and hopefully this will be another one.

Are you serious?...this is what kills me...they're so focused on these lackluster "creativity" titles; how many people do they actually think they're gonna spark the interest of with a flower petal?...LBP was phenomenal; this is retarded...
Flow was/still is boring, that Aquatopia crap is...UGH!!!...Trials of Topoq was crap, the game (demoscene my a$5) with the flying dog was a HUGE ripoff...the list goes on...why don't they focus on doing something interesting with the Playstation Eye?...did I buy that for nothing?...
