Former MX vs. ATV team members form Timefly Studios

Posted on April 2nd, 2008 at 00:50 EDT

Three former team members of Rainbow Studios, Brad Ruminer, Dennis Booth, and Glenn O'Bannon have announced the formation of TimeFly Studios.

These three former Rainbow Studios members have brought us games such as MX vs. ATV and ATV Offroad Fury and will now be working as an independent game developer dedicated to providing both licensed games as well as original action/adventure, rhythm and puzzle games.

As it stands, this new studio is licensed for development by Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. Said president Booth, "Our games will focus on gameplay first, to be supported and enhanced by spectacular visuals and audio," adding, "Design-oriented development with proper project management will allow us to develop games on-time and on-budget, while minimizing the long term 'crunch' periods traditionally associated with game development."

The studio has also stressed that it will focus on "addressing the issue of quality of life for its employees," emphasizing that Timefly Studios will provide, "industry-standard pay and benefits plus some perks right now that very few small companies can provide."

What a colaboration, these muppets gave us the MX v ATV game? Its probably the worst game ever to grace the PS3 or any console for the record. I will be steering WELL clear of Timefly
