Spike TV has confirmed that it will be publishing the first gameplay footage of Insomniac’s Resistance 2 on GameTrailers TV on June 13, 2008.
Scheduled to go live at 1.00am EST, the video includes gameplay footage from both the single player and multiplayer campaigns of the highly anticipated shooter, the latter of which will accommodate up to 60 players.
Ted Price, President of Insomniac Games, commented: “We’re thrilled to debut the first gameplay footage of Resistance 2 on GTTV. The team’s hard work on the game is really paying off, and we’re excited to see our fans’ reaction to the footage.”
“It’s exciting to not only be able to show footage from our single-player campaign, but from our 60-player competitive multiplayer mode, Skirmish, as well.”
Resistance 2 is due out later this year.

Cant wait for this, Insomniac really could show quite a few devs how its done, my respect goes out to them for never moaning about the PS3 but instead concentrating on trying to get the best out of the machine, my money will be going on R2

see this is a game that is REALLY trying to do something different and better...cant wait to see the single and multiplayer aspects of the game
Insomniac been doing some crazy work on there projects, I cannot wait to see what has changed in Resistance 2.
can't wait :D!! Better how some single player and some amazing graphics and gameplay. The online showing won't be as impressive, obviously.
yes finally some footage, can't wait! it'll just be another reason why i should buy the game, apart from the fact it's brilliant!
New Zealand is roughly nine to twelve hours ahead of America or wherever it is from either North or South, so I'm going to be wating most likely until 12-5.00pm on Saturday until I see. Grr stupid timezones!

Did Inso also mention they workin on an MMO?
