Harmonix’s Dan Teasdale has revealed via his blog that the company had planned to announce LEGO Rock Band prior to this year’s Game Developers Conference.
According to Teasdale’s slideshow image, the game is currently pencilled in for release in 2009, most likely between Rock Band Unplugged for PlayStation Portable and The Beatles: Rock Band.
LEGO Rock Band was first rumored earlier this year via a source close to website VG247, which claimed that the game is being worked on by UK-based coders, Traveller’s Tales.
Stay tuned.

Exactly what is stupid or bad about this idea? No one has seen, or, for that matter, played the game. I get that some people just want to make comments, but how can anyone make a judgement call on something they have no idea what they are criticizing in the first place?

mmmm, dont know about this, maybe good for the kids but one of the reasons i prefer Rock Band to GH is that it seems more of a grown up game (More grungey) where as guitar hero is more family based (Read easier :D) if that makes sense?? maybe a good adition, who knows?

So they are making a game that is music and rhythem based, based on Lego characters that what exactly, break into pieces when you miss a note?
Please tell me this is a hoax.
