Additonal Info:
The PS3 exclusive title Heavenly Sword just received its first update to version 1.10 today. With the no previous announcement for this update as well as no significant complaints from gamers, it is hard to say what exactly this patch may bring.
The only thing certain about the patch is that the lucky owners of DualShock 3 controllers will be able to rumble with Nariko's every attack. The patch is available with a file size of 18MB, which would be a little large if they were to just be adding rumble functionality to the game.
Although it would be hard to imagine that Ninja Theory would release a patch just to support this new feature, this may be the case until further announcement from the developer or Sony.
Heavenly Sword was release exclusively for the PlayStation 3 on September 12, 2007 in North America, September 14, 2007 in the United Kingdom, September 19, 2007 in Europe and September 20, 2007 in Australia.

Edit:Just kidding, well i'm looking forward to see what this patch does.
Just in time, I`m getting it for Christmas.
online?
psn id: gingo... hmmm i doubt they would just release a patch for rumble but maybe they did, hopefully a little announcement soon about what else this might be
The patch adds rumble (which is probably also added for the cutscenes possibly contributing to the size), but was also supposed to improve loading times. It's possible they might have added character skins but that's just my own hope, there's no proof they did that.
Okay that was a umm... decent patch, I guess....
This is really interesting. A patch with no info... I wonder what else is added besides rumble
