As we inch ever closer to the release of PlayStation Home 1.0, Home Beta Trial SCEE Community Manager ‘TedTheDog’ has made an announcement on the official Home Beta forum stating that Home Beta v0.96.3 will be hitting this Thursday.
"It’s looking like the new version, 0.96.3 will be released this week, probably Thursday July 31st and the migration of all existing users will take place then," he wrote. "New testers will not be invited in until it’s been in your hands to see what you think. We will probably run an EU test night on Thursday evening but I’ll confirm that later on today or tomorrow."
According to ‘TedTheDog,’ the new version will not be made available as a patch, but rather as an email with a specific code redeemable via Account Management in the XMB. Also, version 0.96.3 will not feature anything new but "bug fixes and a move on the XMB."
