Killzone 2 gets mixed up with Crysis in the Cryzone

What happens when you take the best looking PC game of all time and cross it with arguably the greatest looking console game of all time? Well, you end up with a hybrid of excellence that would make any gamer's jaw drop. A clever mod specialist has taken the Killzone 2 2005 CG trailer and recreated it within Crysis. The end result is a thing of beauty and deserves to be recognized. Please note that this is still a work in progress.
We've included the video below and a screenshot after that.

i was expecting like, what i actually saw of that old cgi killzone trailer, like scene for scene, just in a new coat of paint...instead i get this...shootout in a field

I can honestly say that Killzone 2 looks better...in that environment. When it comes to jungle, I still think Crysis would look a lot better

The game is great and the other good thing Sony did. Is that they kept the price of thier games 59.99. All the other companies has increased the price from 59.99 to 69.99, here in Canada.

I love comments like "killzone 2 has a more immersive experience then crysis" when the person hasn't played Killzone 2 or Cyrisis. Hey, I heard that Little Big Planet 2 is more immersive than sex with Jenna Jameson.

I don't like it at all. But anything with Killzone 2 in the title gets me pumped up.

I dunno. it's not really the 2005 trailer. sure there's a bridge and some "helgasty" enemies but al he does is shoot a few people excessivly and fire a rocket. I cant really even see any details. Compared to the actual Killzone 2 this is really kinda bland.
I'm sure it'll be a fun mod for fans of Killzone that have a PC that can run Cyrsis but that's about all.

I'll stick to the original. This is not bad but the guys in Guerilla spent so much time developing this game that they deserve much more credit of course. So it's not comparable.

Yeah, except that Crysis controls aren't rubbish. Too bad really, because KZ2 looks gorgeous. No I'm not comparing them to COD, They just feel clunky and un-responsive.

Not sure if this is a good thing or not. Guerilla shouldn't be ripped off like this before the game is out. The modders are kinda stealing the IP. Intentional or not this isn't a good thing for KZ2
If people think they are getting a comparable experience by playing this mod I think they'll be deceving themselves.
One question to both Guerilla and Sony is "Why aren't you providing Mouse.Keyboard support in KZ2"
Many people I know don't like controllers. They grew up with PC gaming and can't get used to life without their fav periphs. I think mouse.kbd support need to be in all PS3 gamers to capture the PC gamer market. I mean why add the capability if the devs don't use them
