LittleBigPlanet to possibly host lip-synched voice chat

According to the latest edition of Edge Magazine, the highly anticipated title, LittleBigPlanet, could receive a big addition to the already massive appeal it provides. LittleBigPlanet focuses itself on user-driven content and communities, so it's no surprise about what they're trying to implement next into the title.
Apparently the game will have one of the coolest features to touch poin with gamers, voice-chat lip-synching from the actual users. Yes, that's correct. When you talk into your microphone to other players, your Sackboy will move his mouth in a similar fashion. On top of this, they are at work in developing voice filters as a possibility as well. There is no guarantee that some of these options will be available come release time, but that just means that the studio is already preparing themselves for downloadable content in the future. Any game that even hints at that notion usually receives the ability to have a much higher replay value than before.

Lip-synched chat was confirmed for LBP at TGS 2007 this is old news.

This may be old news to some of you, but it's brand new to me. This makes me even more excited to get this game. I thought it was gonna be awsome the first time i heard of it. Now, I don't think I'll be able to sleep until I own it. Oh man, I hope I can stay awake that long. I'll be drinking lots of coffee. hahaha

Comment on the voice changer- THE worst addition to the ps3 ever. Sure I was dieing in laughter with my friends for the first ten minutes but then I got on warhawk to find 30 players all sounding like retarded preschoolers. They should not allow such extreme voice change in games, if any at all. I cant wait to get this game, I hope they try and release it as fast as they can though or else it will end up like home... Is anyone even excited for home anymore? I used to be last fall when we were supposed to be getting it but now there is almost no hype and I really dont care if its released or not.
