Metal Gear Online getting two free modes this month

Konami will be parachuting in some freebies for Metal Gear Online later this month in the form of a pair of all-new game modes.
First on the cards is Race Mission, which arrives on May 12. Here, two teams must battle against each other, with the Blues searching for and protecting the KEROTAN target, while the Reds head for the GA-KO target.
According to the Official PlayStation Blog, “Each time a team passes a check point with its target in hand, a new checkpoint will be generated. If a team drops its target and the target is not retrieved within a set period of time, the target’s position will be reset and the checkpoint will change.”
Meanwhile, May 26 sees the release of the Patriot feature, which selects a small group of players at random to receive a specialised 5.56mm Hand Rifle complete with infinite ammunition and no reload. Make the most of it, as you’ll be stripped of the weapon at the next ranking update.

And yet no one is gonna care cause they still haven't intigrated it with The Playstation Network !! I swear if they had I would probably still be playing it til this day !!

Cool i just started borrowing my friends mgs4 since i havent played since january, but i love,Only thing is i don't like is when people start to glitch when there losing. Oh well i still go back and play online.

Sounds pretty cool.
My friends and I started playing this again recently, holding off buying the additional DLC at the moment though- hopefully this will hold us over for a bit longer.

MGO does have PSN intergration, you can buy the codec packs, new characters, and expansion packs, maybe if you would actually play the game you would have noticed that?
Back to the topic......the Race Mission soudns fun, and i really hope i get that gun it sounds fun

@13 what FTW r u talking about !!! if they intigrated with PSN i'll be the first to know cause i'v bought almost every DLC on the PSN ... so u r WRONG ... & the new mode sucks .... i wish they intigrated MGO with PSN so i can go back to it ... i am started to get sick of WarHawk (still my favorite online game of all time )
