I've hated all the Smackdowns after Shut Your Mouth!!, I'm hoping this will bring me back to the wrestling arena.

a 25-man roster is that all ? TNA mustnt be very good to have that many wrestlers, i hope Smackdown V's Raw 2009 has a much better improvment  on last years if its gonna beat TNA, i know in the past SVR hasnt had many wrestlers in its roster, but blueray can handle (if my maths is correct) over 100 wrestlers.

Ok, lets see wwe has over 100 wrestlers, thats smackdown, raw, ecw plus divas and legends, @ 100 megabytes each for their frames and textures and stuff, that equals about 1.5 Gigs of blueray space, plus music and other textures, i think TNA for all its graphics and look solid and real enough is not gonna be upto scratch with a roster of 25, im bored with the 40 or so wwe wreslters, so what kind of game is TNA gonna be ?, dont get me wrong TNA has some wicked fighting styles, hardcore matches and interesting ring combos. but 25 men...

In the words of the Hurricane...Whats Up With That ?

i havent been into the wrestling scene in a long time and the games have peaked my interest to see what the fuss is about. wwe still has the modern and popular soap opera / sport "feel". with the popular names the game should do well enough. with tna, im not so sure where its heading. sure it has some great talent such as angle, sting, steiner, jeff jarrett etc. thing is it has that niche corner like the old ecw with a handful of wrestlers always on the cards and the atmosphere gives off a very "back yard" vibe. its not as enthusiastic as wwe, and i think that will reflect heavily on the game. if you havent watched tna at all, its presented very much like the old wcw segments. where it tends to take itself a little to seriously where it shouldnt. this game wont be for everybody and its just down to the basics of what it is. a representation of a wrestling faction that isnt so sure itself of what it is or where its going. it just is and they leave it at that. in comparison to the wwe, tna has a bit better in ring performance, especially when it comes to the female wrestlers. they just put on a better show, but everything else feels lack luster. wrestling is about the whole package, and what tna offers isnt enough. maybe the in ring return of cactus jack on tna will liven things up every now and then but as it is, its boring honestly.
