New Resistance: Retribution gameplay footage

Feel like your PlayStation Portable isn't earning its keep? You'll think otherwise once you've cast eyes on this gameplay trailer of Resistance: Retribution, the third person shooter spin-off to the celebrated PlayStation 3 series.

In addition to showcasing the game's gorgeous visuals (have a gander at those reflection effects), the trailer walks you through a few weapons menus and demonstrates the cover mechanic. It culminates with a ferocious battle against a Chimera mech. Hot stuff, coming through!

Resistance: Retribution is being developed by Sony Bend, and is pencilled in for release next spring.

    Umm the sniper rifle handles the same as RFOM, so why go into it?

    hhmmmmm have not used my PSP to play a game for a long time (glorified MP3 player at mo) so i will be getting this and having a blast, looks good

    i'm just getting resistance 2, psps games give me a headache when i play on that tiny screen.

    It looks super good especially for a portable device, thats why I love my PSP.
