The latest issue of the Official PlayStation Magazine has unveiled some new details on Konami’s forthcoming next-generation outing, Silent Hill V.
According to the publication, the fifth instalment in the popular horror franchise will signal the return of the ubiquitous flashlight and radio items, which have featured in every Silent Hill title to date with the exception of 2004’s Silent Hill 4: The Room.
Furthermore, the magazine stated the game would include full 3D camera movements, and hinted at the possibility of Sixaxis functionality to be included in the PlayStation 3 version of the game. No further details were revealed, however.
Silent Hill V is currently scheduled for release on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008. Stay tuned for more details as they become available.

If the gameplay is anything like resident evil 4 then this game will do so much better.
Yeah the gameplay from RE4 made it more action and less thinking...They need to bring the RE franchise back to its roots and make it like part one...I think that was the best one, the one they remade for the GC that is
