New details on GT5 Japanese PSN demo

Posted on October 19th, 2007 at 06:36 EDT

The Japanese market is getting ready to buckle up for their free demo of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.

The demo will be available on the Japanese PSN until November 1; even more impressive is the nice little lineup of cars included in the demo, which are as follows:

Lexus IS-F
Nissan GT-R
Mazda Atenza
Subaru Impreza WRX STI
Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR
Daihatsu OFC-1
BMW 135i Coupe

The Tokyo Motor Show will be showing off new vehicles to the public later this month and well into early November. So to stay in line with what is going on in the outside world, Sony will be unveiling new cars in the game from October 23 - 25.

It must be noted however that the demo will not feature online play and only one track called Suzuka. However there is a rather a nice single player game that pits you against 15 other AI racers.

Please stay locked into PSU, as we will bring you the latest updates regarding Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
