When we reviewed Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty last year, price point versus game length was one of our primary concerns.

No longer. In honor of Captain Qwark’s “My Blaster Runs Hot” Ratchet & Clank Future Weapon Design Contest Sponsored by Gadgetron, or CQMBRHRCFWDCSG, Insomniac Games has lowered the price of Quest for Booty to a very affordable $9.99 USD. If you haven't already experienced the Lombax's great quest, now is the time to finally give it a go.

If you want to participate in CQMBRHRCFWDCSG, make sure to get the full scoop on the PlayStation Blog.

I picked it up the moment I saw it was $9.99. After all the reviewers cried it was too short I was surprised to find I still haven't finished it yet.

No early buyer can really complain about the price dropping after all this time. It's no different to retail games really, which you can pick up used for half the price after a few months, sometimes even new.

This is excellent news to me! I love the Ratchet & Clank series, but always thought that the price of this PSN game was a little steep but not anymore.
