Prince of Persia DLC will be "significant"

According to a video interview conducted by Gamersyde, Prince of Persia Producer Ben Mattes has confirmed that the downloadable content for the title will “add significant value.”
Mattes had the following to say about the content:
"We certainly have plans for downloadable content, [but] we can't really say more than that right now," Mattes explained. "The intention is to do downloadable content that adds significant value, so I don't think you'll see downloadable content of a new skin or a new weapon or something like that. If we're going to do it, it's going to be a new story, a new experience, maybe a prequel, maybe a sequel -- we're going to do something that really offers a lot of value for the player. In terms of when: sometime next year. I'm not sure of exactly when, it's all still in discussion."
While some may feel this all should be included on the disc from the get go, it sounds as though the development team still isn't sure what it may entail. Still, it at least shows that the team is willing to support the game in the post-release stages. Here’s hoping it clocks in at a reasonable price point.

dlc is synonomous with 2 things: a, crap we dont need or really like even... and b, things that are already on your little bd disc or hard drive, but we (the publishers) are gonna charge you extra money to access it. just because 100 usd equivalent isnt quite enough for us for one game ....fookers.....
