Sony has pushed the upcoming holiday release of Resident Evil: Degeneration forward by three days, with the horror-based CGI flick now due out on Blu-ray/DVD/UMD on December 27.
Resident Evil: Degeneration takes place seven years following the destruction of Raccoon City (as depicted in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis), and follows an outbreak of the T-virus at an unknown airport somewhere in the United States.
The film signals the return of Resident Evil 2’s Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, as they attempt to neutralize the threat before the virus escapes, causing a nation wide epidemic.

Lol, you lucky. I will be buying this the first day as well.
Wouldn't it be great if Hunk (From RE2) makes a cameo? They have S.W.A.T. guys in it, might as well.
