A mini-sequel to the brilliant Tools of Destruction will come in downloadable form as Ratchet & Clank head to PlayStation Network. Sony revealed that Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty will be available this summer for $14.99

It'll be a lot shorter than the full game released last year but still feature all the humour, mystery, puzzles and suspense. Even though it's supposed to continue the story from Tools of Destruction, Sony reckons it's the perfect title for those that have never tried the Ratchet & Clank series.

Graphically, it's identical to its older sibling, but there's a few new weapons including a wrench that can move objects around.

We'll have more information on this upcoming PlayStation Network title very soon.
