The latest episode of the Insomniac Full Moon Show reveals that we'll be playing Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction on October 23rd.

After saving countless planets from doom and earning celebrity status in the process, Ratchet & Clank have it made. Ratchet has never known anything of his past, his family, or his Lombax origins. And sadly, not even Clank can fill this emptiness--but he can try.

The game is the fifth console title in the Ratchet & Clank series and marks the duo's first appearance on the PlayStation 3. It will be Insomniac Games' second PlayStation 3 release, after the developer shipped Resistance: Fall of Man alongside the system's launch last November.

The following months are going to be excellent with many Sony first party titles hitting the PS3

Unfortunately, they will probably burn a hole into our pockets by November. Nevertheless, PSU can't wait.
