Release date announced for Mirror's Edge

If you're wishing you could count down the days until you have the slightest chance of becoming your very own life-like spiderman, only in parkour style, then EA Dice wants you to know the wait is almost over. According to the Press Release sent out earlier today, the North American market can expect to get their hands on Mirror's Edge come November 11. However, that's not all gamers have to look forward to. EA also gave a small mention that you can expect a demo of the title some time before release.

Pre-order fanatics will also be pleased to know that if you pre-order the game, you'll be given a code to unlock Time Trial Mode within the demo. While this may sound small, anything that helps lengthen a demo for such an anticipated title can't be a bad thing, can it?

Pre-order codes are expected to be handed out starting September 26.

    Reasonable date for the US, however it be out in EU on 14th same time as COD5 release date.

    I'm looking forward to this but surely in the new year, there's just too much competition, especially in the same genre.

    the demo is good, it gives everyone a chance to find out what its like, its a unusual first person game

    psn id: gingo... well apparently the reports are that we are getting the demo on the 26th of September, whether thats true or not is left to be seen but that is much quicker then i expected if its true

     sweet, i get to try out free running without actually physically doing it. I could only wish i was as good as anyone who does in real life.

    i'll probably try it out at the gamestore i go too. or buy it. when i get some more money.   i could be getting some because i was involved in a car accident and i should get alot.
