Resident Evil 5 demo due in early 2009?

According to the latest issue of UK publication GamesTM, Capcom is planning on releasing a demo of Resident Evil 5 at some point in early 2009.
Details are sketchy at present, and it’s currently unknown whether or not the demo will be based on the recent E3/Leipzig version or an entirely new build. Presumably, however, we can expect it to be made available for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Regardless, you won’t have to wait long to get your next fix of Survival Horror, with the game looking to occupy a significant chunk of Capcom’s Tokyo Game Show line-up next week.
We’ll have more on this story as it develops, so stay tuned.

Well we will see, all this epic games we are waiting for are being developed for years. But in the end they dont live up to the hype.
GTA4 is a good example

this generation of consoles have had the worst games. hopefully resident evil can live up 2 expectations

Maybe it´s just that the games don´t live up to your own personal hype? Lower your expectations a bit. For example "Star Wars: The Force Unleashed", man was this game hyped or what. (that game didn´t appeal to me personally)..don´t take this the wrong way but that game was by all means no crap game, but the hype and expectations of it ruined that game.....my own opinion off course.

if this game is supposed to be awesome, why are they giing it a demo MGS4 never got one and it's amazing. i'll probably get the game. i was just saying that

Wow, a demo for a successful franchise game, thats in its 5th installment? You dont see this everyday. I'm surprised they are doing a demo for this game. resident evil is one of the most popular franchises there is.

i see re franchise dyinn here... lets hope they don make a sixth one and murder it more brutally.... re at first was a survivor horror but now its just a third person shooter....
