Harmonix and MTV Games have officially announced that the Rock Band franchise has reached the 200 downloadable song plateau.
The next album, "Doolittle" from 1989, comes from the band The Pixies who were already featured on the original Rock Band game disc with their single "Wave of Mutilation" from the same album.
Judas Priest's "Screaming For Vengeance" and The Cars' "The Cars" are the other two full-albums currently available for download.
In another bit of news, Harmonix revealed that they have sold over 12 million Rock Band downloadable songs since the release of the game last fall.

That's amazing. I've downloaded quite a few Rock Band songs myself.
Though, really, I wish that they would just let you do Band Tour online, as that's really what the game is based around and I just can't seem to get the same people together to play at the same times.

200 songs x 1.99 each = $398. Wow, is that not a rip-off? I really wish people would think before they allow publishers to charge that kind of money. I'm pretty sure they would drop to $0.99 a song if people would stop buying them.
And that's not including all the GH songs sold.
