Sony confirms forty PS3 titles to be playable at TGS

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has announced the official list of PlayStation 3 games that will be playable at the Tokyo Game Show later this month.

The full list below shows the 36 already announced titles that will be playable at TGS. However, Sony has promised that a further four unannounced titles will join the list, bringing the total of playable games to 40.

In addition to the 40 titles playable at the event, the company has also confirmed it will have a theatre showcasing a total of 50 PlayStation 3 titles in video form.

The Tokyo Game Show 2007 will be held at the Makuhari Messe convention center just outside Tokyo from September 20th - 22nd.

    Not bad.. Not bad at all.. Sony's closing in onto the end of their 1st year and things are really falling into place.. Way to go Sony!!!  Oh yea BTW folks.. FW 1.92 is out!!!!!

    hopefully they better them, because when i played these games, they were pretty smooth, so we'll see.

    Hopefully the Japanese PS Online store will be the demos too, really want to play DMC4
