Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has confirmed that The Last Guy will hit the US PlayStation Network on August 28, priced at approximately USD 9.99.

A European release date has yet to be confirmed.

The Last Guy takes place in a zombie-infested town in Japan, in which players must rescue groups of civilians by leading them to the Escape Zone. The town itself is viewed from a top down perspective and is rendered in high resolution utilizing images from Google Earth.
