Eidos has released over three minutes worth of gameplay footage for its upcoming action/adventure title, Tomb Raider: Underworld.
The video focuses predominantly on an underwater section of the game, depicting heroine Lara Croft fending of an attacking shark and traversing a large underwater cavern.

Poor Lara. For all we know, this could be better than Uncharted. But no one cares.

i think it will go down as nothing special because of the other big titles being released at that time.

There are some Tomb Raider games I like, and some I don't like. In this game, the platform elements look too much like Drake's Fortune. The underwater elements just plain annoy me as it's impossible to create a spark for a firearm to function under water. All-in-all, doesnt look like there's anything new or exciting about it at the moment, although with only 4 months before the release date...

Too bad the video wasn't of better qaulity but the game looks promising to me!

You can shoot a gun underwater, they did it on mythbusters. It just has SEVERLY reduced power and range. The bulets are water proof and aslong as their is no air left in the gun anywhere it will fire normally.
But going back ontopic. That game doesnt look very good to me. Nathan > Lara.
Although Lara is much better looking.
