Director of Operations for PlayStation Network Eric Lempel has confirmed that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will receive an update in the future to incorporate all-new trophy support.
Speaking with Gamespy, Lempel stated, "We can officially confirm that besides the titles we’ve already announced, Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune will also receive a patch at some point in the foreseeable future.”
Sony previously confirmed that the following titles are to include Trophy support:

• LittleBigPlanet
• MotorStorm Pacific Rift
• NBA 09 – PS3
• PAIN
• PixelJunk Eden
• Resistance 2
• SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation
• Warhawk
