yea the trailer looks cool.....not really a big fan of motorstorm since i never played it (only the demo) but i might have to pick up motorstorm one to see if i'll be sold on the second one and yes Ferre its CG not actual gameplay

Everyone keeps on saying its CG, does it really matter, we all know what the first one looked like, AMAZING. So you know its going to look at least as good as the first one, most likely better. So stop complaining that its only CG, you guys know this game is going to have kick a$s graphics

eh.. ill pass on this one. only reason why i got the 1st was cause it was one of the only high profile games at the time

OMG this looks soooo good i cant wait for this game. i loved the first 1 and still got it since release( i normally trade games) can't wait to try out the monster trucks. i think they should have boat races aswell on water. that part looked cool when a driver knocked down the tower and made like a fat obstecale for all the otehr drivers. Can't waot for this!!!!!!

Im EXTREMELY excited now.  They've learned from there mistakes and this will be the best off road game ever.

As others mentioned it is CG.  Yes the first game was great for a launch title, and because of that I will hold out hope. 

However, "if" this game is coming out this year, I would be far more impressed with a few seconds of in game footage.  Uncharted raised the bar, and I hope this game sets yet another "graphics" standard for the PS3.

I wasn't so sure about the whole tropical scene, but that looks amazing.  I will for sure be picking this title up when it comes.  Motorstorm was so fun.  But I'm sure this will top it.

Wow, I watched the trailer in HD on gametrailers and I was impressed. I noticed that the vegetation responded to touch, the colours were all rich, more detail, better physics engine (destructable). Plus it's a Motorstorm, it must have great gameplay. It looked so great I couldn't help watching it again and again and again...

Plus, if you havn't noticed you could probably tell what sort of tracks there will be by studying the birds eye view. For example one side of the Island seems rock/sandy, so expect some sands tracks too. I can also imagine a track on the beach/by the sea.

Not sure if its really CG. It may be in -Engine though.  I would think that based on advancments on the PS3 and the way KZ2 and Uncharted look, this should be possible.

Even though this is CG, the game still looks exciting. I got the first Motorstorm the day it came out and I'm getting Motorstorm 2 the day it comes out.

why do they always kill someone at the end of the trailer? the last game they killed the dude that was pickin up his bike the same way. :( great trailer though, a definit buy if they give us "off-line" multiplayer

Stop knocking the CG, when motorstorm was first shown it was CG and the game was almost identical. cant wait for this one, especially as they will be including 4 way splitscreen
