Sony releases The Last Guy gameplay footage
Yoshida says PSN is "perfect learning opportunity" for devsSCi Entertainment, owner of publisher Eidos, announced today that it has been approached with a probable buy out. UK newspaper The Guardian has reported that Ubisoft, apparently, has a strong interested in SCi.
In a letter to the London Stock Exchange (LSE), SCi confirmed that it's in the potential stages of a buy out discussion with an unnamed interest. According to The Guardian, however, Ubisoft is trying to buy them out once again. Ubisoft previously tried to buy out SCi, but nothing came of it.
Furthermore, The Guardian says potential offers could even come from Sony. The outcome will be interesting, as there is potential that future titles could become platform exclusive.

This would be awesome for sony if they did, Hitman would be a good exclusive to have for PS3, wicked series.
I don't know any games that sci made, but any company is a good company for sony right now.
psn id: gingo... this would not be great for sony, ubisoft would make mostly all of the games multi plat unless they do a haze which would be cool

sony should take it more ps3 games only plus all star war games ps3 eidos is good for sony ubisoft it like EA now not fun games anymore and never make an ps3 only game i would just like to see EA make an exculsive game

Does anyone here actually know that SCi Entertainment isn't Sony? SCi made games like the Conflict games (Conflict Vienam and Desert Storm). Besides would it really make sense to you for Ubisoft to try and buy out Sony?
Sony better buy this company,because that will be a huge blow to the rival console(s),which ever you prefer.
