Uncharted NGP will “most likely” feature some form of interactivity with PlayStation 3 adventurer Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, says Naughty Dog.
Speaking with GamesBlog.fr, co-president Christophe Balestra revealed that Drake’s portable outing will see a change of pace compared to its console counterparts, tipping the scales in favour of exploration over combat.
Meanwhile, the game’s story has seen conflicting reports. Balestra originally claimed that the game would be a “parallel” affair, set in between Drake’s Fortune and Among Thieves. He later backtracked however, confirming it will take place entirely before the original game.
Sony is expected to take the wraps off NGP for a major showcase at E3 next month, so hopefully we’ll get more info in a couple of weeks time. Stay tuned.
